Privacy Policy
Short version: we don't track you, we don't advertise to you, and we don't sell anything about you.

What this site collects
Nothing automatically beyond ordinary server logs. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. Our host records standard request data — IP address, browser, page requested — for security and reliability.
What you choose to send us
If you fill in an inquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, organisation, the dates and group size you're asking about, the spaces you're interested in, any dietary needs, and your message. Dietary and health notes are used only to host you well, shared only with the people cooking or caring for you, and never used for anything else.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can pick the conversation back up. Nothing more.
Booking and payment
Spa and wellness appointments are booked through Square Appointments, embedded on our booking page. Square collects your booking and payment details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your card number. Stays are booked through Airbnb, which is likewise governed by Airbnb's own terms and privacy policy.
Who else is involved
- Square — appointment booking and payment processing.
- Airbnb — lodging reservations.
- Google Workspace — our email.
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We'd only disclose it if the law genuinely required it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and correspondence stay with us while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Write to aloha@sundarigardens.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to those things; we'll honour the request either way.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top moves. Questions are welcome at aloha@sundarigardens.com.
