Sundari Gardens is a beautiful space to transition from cultures of overwork and disconnection into a culture of authenticity, vitality, and connectedness.
We are inviting curious souls to co-create with us as:
- Skilled Work Traders (see below for more details)
- Long Term Residents (3 months+)
We stand on the shoulders of pioneers in the global intentional community and holistic centers movements. We are here to learn from each other and wake up together.

Sundari Values & Practices
As a village of diverse individuals we have appreciation for and space for a variety of practices. Below are some of our commonly held core values which individual members may resonate with or practice more or less.
- Conscious Awareness is our value for seeing beyond our simple human reactions. Practices like meditation and breathwork follow this.
- Embodiment is our value for using movement and somatic understanding to bring awareness to physical and emotional disturbances.
- Attunement is awareness of our energetic impact on others and doing our best to express our needs while holding care for the needs of others. We look for win-win solutions to challenges where different needs are present.
- Land Stewardship We are committed to relearning regenerative ways of coexisting with natural systems including practices of soil creation, food production, water conservation. We are an off-grid site, with full amenities, which requires that everyone participate in tending to our energy and water systems.
- Ethical Consumption is our value for mindfulness in what we eat, buy, and otherwise consume. This translates to values for eating more from local sources and our the land, buying less, consuming animals that were farmed ethically, consuming medicines reverently, and be mindful of any addictive patterns.
In exchange for a commitment to co-creating village life, residents get access to beautifully designed community spaces, ocean views, proximity to weekly classes, farm and garden produce, weekly meals, and bi-annual retreats. There are currently three living domains at Sundari, which includes Lotus House, Sunlodge, and the Rainbow Shala dorms.
Lotus House and Sunlodge
Nestled on a hill looking out at the ocean, all rooms come furnished with a quality queen bed, side table, and other shelving. All rooms have access to outdoor living spaces, a shared kitchen, shared laundry, utilities, and Wifi. Most rooms have ocean views and private bathrooms. While a few rooms share a bathroom with one other room.
