We had a great time in the appartment in this magical garden. It’s very quiet and we enjoyed it to stay away from the much more crowded west-side of Big Island. The National Park and some awesome beaches are not that fare from here and it’s also an awesome and funny neighborhood. Sometimes we‘ve got visit from a friendly dog and cat. We loved them. The appartment has everything you need. It was clean and we used to hang out on our terrace in the morning with an amazing view. It’s a super choice to stay here and enjoy the green and quiet side of the Island.

Wonderful space, peaceful, quite (except animals), exactly what you would want/expect from Rural Hawai'i. Would love to stay here again, be advised that this is Rural and modern electronics may not always get a consistent signal.

Christine’s place is the perfect spot to relax and explore the east area of Hawaii - black sand beaches and volcano park. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful view across the gardens and out to sea from bed, and cooking and eating dinner watching the sunset in the outdoor kitchen. Communication was always quick ahead of our stay and Craig on-site was very helpful with all our requests. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting this side of the island

Wonderful place. Quiet, peaceful retreat, beautiful views, close to beaches, super close to uncle roberts night market and scenic drives. This airbnb is exactly as described - great off the grid accommodation with excellent internet connection and a lovely retreat from the touristy side of things. The outdoor kitchen and the views are amazing! Everything you need for a perfectly relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

It's a small cottage with beautiful scenery nestled off the beaten path. It's perfect if you are looking to be close with nature and enjoy a relaxing secluded vacation. Be aware, there are other cottages nearby and people frequently walk around the property. Also, it's an open air design so you really can hear all the noises at night and feel the cool ocean breeze. Beware of mongoose!

We loved our stay and really appreciated the "open living" concept that is typical in warm weather islands. The sleeping and bath areas are screened in so no worries there. The property looks and feels great. Kitchen and dining area is an awesome place to hang and unwind!! Highly recommend to those who don't need all the fancy, unsustainable amenities/practices of normal hotels! Island living at it's best! Cheers and Thank you!!

Nice place! Beautifully adorned. Beautiful setting.

The space is gorgeous with amazing views! Expect to feel totally relaxed and one with nature here. The bed was super comfortable. I slept so well here. The views of the stars at night were incredible!! With no light pollution, I saw more stars than I’ve ever seen. I loved the sounds of nature as they pulled me to sleep. And no need for an alarm clock because you have a rooster and a gorgeous view of the sunrise to help wake you up naturally.
