JOIN US WEEKDAYS FOR A SILENT MEDITATION PRACTICE LED BY SUNDARI RESIDENTS

  • This practice will introduce you to different meditation styles, techniques and exercises.The emphasis will be placed on being in the totality of the present moment and the coherence of Body, Mind and Emotions.Each meditation will begin with a short talk followed by a 20 minute partially guided meditation.
Join us in celebrating the beauty of being in full presence. 

COVID Precautions
This event will be in an open-air venue where you can practice social distancing, and you have the option of wearing a mask and bringing hand sanitizer. There will also be a place for you to wash your hands. With that in mind, please only join us if you are feeling healthy and have not been around anyone who may have covid. Thank you for being responsible!
